Ginger-Turmeric Drink

Ginger-Turmeric Drink

  • 2 cups Ginger-Turmeric Syrup
  • 3 (12-ounce) cans cold unflavored seltzer water
  • 1 (12-ounce) can cold ginger ale
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (may use calamansi, orange, or lemon)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped mint (may use 1/8 cup each finely chopped mint and basil)
  • Lime wedges and mint sprigs for garnish
  • Ice


In a large pitcher, add ginger-turmeric syrup, seltzer water, ginger ale, lime juice, and finely chopped mint. Stir to mix ingredients. Add garnishes and ice, if desired. Pour into individual glasses.

Makes approximately 8 8-ounce servings.
