Ginger-Turmeric Drink

Ginger-Turmeric Drink

  • 2 cups Ginger-Turmeric Syrup
  • 3 (12-ounce) cans cold unflavored seltzer water
  • 1 (12-ounce) can cold ginger ale
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (may use calamansi, orange, or lemon)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped mint (may use 1/8 cup each finely chopped mint and basil)
  • Lime wedges and mint sprigs for garnish
  • Ice


  1. In a large pitcher, add ginger-turmeric syrup, seltzer water, ginger ale, lime juice, and finely chopped mint.
  2. Stir to mix ingredients.
  3. Add garnishes and ice, if desired.
  4. Pour into individual glasses.

Makes approximately 8 8-ounce servings.
