Bool Go Gi and Kim Chee on a Sesame Bun

4 sesame buns, split and toasted
4 lettuce leaves
8 tomato slices
1 lb prepared bool go gi
8 oz won bok kim chee (Korean hot, spicy, celery cabbage)


Spread cut side of buns with mayonnaise, top with a lettuce leaf, 2 slices of tomato, a portion of bool go gi, and a portion of kim chee.  Place top of buns over kim chee and serve immediately. Makes 4 sandwiches.
