Vanilla Chai Hot Toddy

  • 1 cup chai tea concentrate mix (found at most grocery stores)
  • 1 cup milk or soy milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cloves (whole)
  • 2 cinnamon sticks


  1. Mix chai tea concentrate and milk and vanilla in a sauce pan on medium-high heat.
  2. Add cloves and 1 cinnamon stick and heat mixture through (8 minutes), stirring constantly to prevent burning.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and pour chai mixture into a coffee mug.
  4. Garnish with cinnamon stick and serve.

Makes 1 serving.
