Sue Lin's Swedish Cream with Fresh Fruits

Ingredients:

Sue Lin's Swedish Cream with Fresh Fruits

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon unflavored gelatin (1/2 packet)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Fresh fruits such as mangoes, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, or peaches

Directions:

  1. Mix cream, sugar, and gelatin in a small saucepan.
  2. Cook on low heat, stirring until gelatin dissolves and mixture is smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and cool until slightly thick.
  4. Fold in sour cream and vanilla, blending well.
  5. Pour into custard cups and chill for 1 to 2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Serve with fresh fruits.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
