Sticky Wings

Sticky Wings

Ingredients:

Sticky Wings

  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons shoyu
  • 2 tablespoons Asian chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 pound chicken wings or drumettes

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 450°F.
  2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine green onions, honey, shoyu, chili sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
  4. Add wings and toss to coat.
  5. Place wings in a single layer on the baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Increase oven temperature to broil.
  8. Broil wings approximately 6 inches away from heat source for 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
  9. Remove wings to serving platter.

Serves 6.
