Soy Sauce Poke

Ingredients:

Soy Sauce Poke

  • 1 lb ahi (yellowfin tuna) or aku (skipjack tuna) fillet
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped limu (seaweed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger root
  • 2 Hawaiian red peppers, seeded and chopped

Directions:

  1. Cut fish into 1/2-inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl, combine fish with remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. Chill before serving.

Makes 6 servings.
