Slow Cooker Pork Chops
Try this delicious recipe from the Electric Kitchen!
- 1 large, sweet onion, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 (1-inch thick) bone-in pork chops
- 2 (10.5 oz) cans cream of chicken soup
Directions:
- Roughly chop onion and place at the bottom of slow cooker.
- Combine flour, soup mix, salt, garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
- Evenly coat each side of pork chops with flour mixture.
- In a large skillet, heat oil on medium heat.
- Place pork chops in skillet, browning each side for 2-3 minutes.
- Place browned pork chops in slow cooker; top with cream of chicken soup.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours, or low for 4-5 hours.
