Rice-a-Roni Salad

Ingredients:

Rice-a-Roni Salad

  • 1 box (6.9 ounces) RICE-A-RONI® Chicken Flavor
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 jar (6 ounces) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 can (8 ounces) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 pound shrimp, cooked, shelled, cleaned, and diced
  • 3 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Prepare RICE-A-RONI according to package directions; cool.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, mix well; chill.

Makes 6 servings.
