Upgrade, Modify, or Install Service

Before applying for service with our Customer Interconnection Tool, please review our current manuals and engineering specifications. By completing the application properly and including the necessary information, you will help to reduce the processing time and a planner can quickly be assigned to your project.
We strongly encourage builders, developers, contractors and homeowners to start the service request process as early as possible. Global supply chain issues are impacting our ability to purchase materials and equipment, including some types of transformers and cables, which are resulting in longer lead times.
Apply for Service
Customers can use our Electrical Service Request Form* to have electric service turned on for projects.
Some features of the Customer Interconnection Tool may not be available from 4:30 p.m. HST on Saturday, Sept. 21 to 12:30 a.m. HST on Sunday, Sept. 22 due to maintenance. Please be sure to click “Next” to save your application and return later if you encounter any issues. Mahalo.
