Raspberry (No)jito (virgin mojito)

  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 4 fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ¼ cup cran-raspberry juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup club soda
  • Ice


  1. In a tall glass, gently crush mint leaves.
  2. Add raspberries and sugar.
  3. With the back of a wooden spoon, smash the raspberries, mint and sugar until well combined.
  4. If possible, try not to break apart the mint leaves.
  5. Add cran-raspberry juice, lime juice and club soda.
  6. Add ice.
