Pimento Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

Pimento Cheese Dip

  • 1 cup pimento cheese
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Hot pepper sauce to taste
  • 1 tablespoon dried, or 3 tablespoons chopped, fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon dried, or 1 tablespoon chopped, fresh parsley
  • Seasoned salt to taste

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Chill for several hours.
  3. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, or chips.

Makes 12 servings.
