Party Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

Party Cheese Ball

  • 1 pkg (8 oz) light cream cheese
  • 9 oz cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 lb boiled ham slices, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Directions:

  1. In large bowl of electric mixer, combine cheeses, ham, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice; mix well.
  2. Shape into 3 balls.
  3. Roll each ball in walnuts and parsley.
  4. Wrap individually in plastic wrap.
  5. Chill or freeze.
  6. Serve at room temperature with crackers.

Makes 3 cheese balls.
