Parmesan Cheese Bread

Ingredients:

Parmesan Cheese Bread

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups minced green onions

Directions:

  1. Cut bread into 1/2-inch slices; place on a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  3. Spread mixture over bread slices.
  4. Broil in electric oven until bubbly and brown.
  5. Serve immediately.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
