Mango Guacamole

Mango Guacamole

  • 4 medium avocados, ripe
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, diced (or more, to taste)
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or more, to taste)
  • 1 cup fresh mango, cubed


  1. Peel mango and cut into cubes.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Next, peel 4 medium avocados and place in medium size bowl.
  4. Using a fork, mash until they’ve reached desired consistency.
  5. Add in cilantro, lime juice, salt, and mango.
  6. Mix well.

Serves 4.
