London Broil

Ingredients:

London Broil

Marinade:

  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 3/4 pounds flank steak or London broil

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients for marinade.
  2. Score meat on both sides and marinate meat overnight.
  3. Grill or broil 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes or to desired doneness.
  4. Slice meat diagonally and across the grain, into thin strips.

Makes 6 servings.
