Local-style Chili
- 3 slices bacon, chopped
- 5 ounces Portuguese sausage, sliced
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) tomato soup
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) chili beans
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
