Korean Ko Choo Jang Sauce


Korean Ko Choo Jang Sauce

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Aloha brand soy sauce
  • 2 cups Parks's brand ko choo jang sauce


  1. Combine ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  2. Store in air-tight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
