Kajiki (Marlin) Burgers
- 1 1/2 pounds marlin, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- Vegetable oil for frying

Place fish into food processor and pulse until it resembles consistency of ground meat. Transfer to large bowl and add remaining ingredients. Mix and form into 6 patties.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in skillet and cook patties on medium heat for 1-2 min until lightly brown on both sides. They will continue cooking when taken off the heat. Serve on top of salads or as sliders with your favorite condiments. Serves 6.
