Guacamole Dip

Ingredients:

Guacamole Dip

  • 3 to 4 ripe Haas avocados, mashed
  • 2 medium Roma tomatoes, finely chopped
  • ¼ small red or white onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
  • 1 small jalapeno, finely diced (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Chill for 1 hour.

Makes about 3 cups.
