- 3 to 4 ripe Haas avocados, mashed
- 2 medium Roma tomatoes, finely chopped
- ¼ small red or white onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 1 small jalapeno, finely diced (optional)
