In a large bowl, add noodles, oyster sauce and sesame oil; mix well and set aside.
In a wok or skillet, heat vegetable oil on medium-high heat. Stir fry vegetables and add shoyu.
Add noodles and incorporate vegetables through noodles; heat well.
To serve, place noodles on a platter, then garnish with egg and green onions.
