Goma Joyu Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

Goma Joyu Dipping Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons dashi (Japanese soup stock)
  • 3 tablespoons sake (Japanese rice wine)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup white sesame seed, toasted and ground
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Directions:

Put ingredients into blender. Cover and blend at high speed for 15 seconds. Makes 3/4 cup - enough for about 6 servings.
