Easy Instant Pot Laulau Stew

  • 3 pounds pork butt
  • 1/2 tablespoon liquid smoke
  • 1 tablespoon Hawaiian salt
  • 1 bag luau leaves, washed


  1. Cut pork butt into large cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, toss pork butt with liquid smoke and Hawaiian salt.
  3. Layer pork and luau leaves in pressure cooker.
  4. Set to pressure cook on high for 40 minutes.

Serves 20.
