Doggie Beef Bone Soup

Ingredients:

1/4 lb beef bones
2 cups water
2 tablespoons slivered carrots
2 tablespoons slivered celery
2 tablespoons cubed potatoes

Directions:

In a saucepot, add bones and water; cover and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer until meat starts to separate from the bones. Add vegetables and continue to cook for 5 to 10 minutes; cool. Remove and discard bones; slice or chop beef and return to soup. Serve lukewarm. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
