Clam Bake Pizza

  • Cooking spray
  • 1 (12-inch) premade thin pizza crust
  • 2 cans (6.5-ounce each) minced clams, rinsed and drained
  • 3 teaspoons Meyer lemon juice
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix clams and lemon.
  4. Add cheeses and garlic.
  5. Spread mixture on crust, leaving a 1-inch border around edge.
  6. Place pizza on baking sheet; bake for 8-10 minutes until crust is light brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley.

Makes 4 servings.
