Chicken or Turkey Salad

Chicken or Turkey Salad

  • 1/4 cup cubed apples or seedless grape halves
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup cooked and diced chicken or turkey (canned or fresh)
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted


  1. In a bowl, toss apples with the lemon juice.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Chill.
  4. Serve as salad on a bed of lettuce, or use as a sandwich spread.

Make 2 servings.
