Candied Macadamia Nuts
- 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Place all ingredients into a small saucepan and stir over medium-low heat until sugar dissolves and nuts are covered with melted sugar. Lay out on wax paper to cool.
