Soak mushrooms in water until soft; squeeze out excess water, then chop caps. In a mixing bowl, combine mushrooms, crabmeat, shrimp, scallops, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Place cooked rice in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan; sprinkle furikake over rice. Top with the crabmeat mixture. Broil for 8 to 10 minutes, or until browned. Spoon into Korean nori and serve. Makes 12 servings.
