Broiled Steak Siciliano

Ingredients:

1 cup burgundy wine
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1 small onion, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons minced parsley
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
2 1/2 pounds top sirloin steak, 1 1/2 inches thick

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except steak; heat until butter melts; cool slightly. Pour over steak and marinate about 3 hours, turning occasionally. Broil or grill to desired doneness. Slice to serve. Makes 6 servings.
