Broccoli and Nut Salad with Honey-Mustard Dressing

1 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
6 cups broccoli florets
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
2 medium carrots, grated
1 cup golden raisins
1 cup dry-roasted peanuts
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup imitation bacon bits


In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, honey, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Add dressing then toss lightly. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
