I think this is the closest recipe for the Bread Pudding I bought from a soda fountain on Puuhale Road near St Anthony’s School. I’m reliving my school days and finding all my foodies that I loved and forgot about. I attended SAS from Kindergarten to 8th grade 1958. The bread pudding squares was the treat of the SAS students. Thank you. I found the Crispy Thin Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe Star Bulletin 2004/12/15. Ala=Alabama and pineapple = Hawaii native Mahalo
