These things are delicious!
- 5 pounds cut fresh island chicken thighs with skin
- 2 tablespoons Hawaiian salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 cup olive oil (may substitute with 1 block of unsalted butter)
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 4 tablespoons fresh thyme (or thyme, rosemary, sage combination)
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup lemon or lime juice
