Baked Ham with Hoi Sin Glaze
- 12 to 15 lb whole smoked ham
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon five spice powder
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons hoi sin sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

Bake ham according to package directions. Combine remaining ingredients. About 1 hour before ham is done, remove rind, score fat and baste with sauce every 15 minutes. Serve remaining sauce with ham. Makes 9 to 12 servings.
