Avocado and Ginger Aioli

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 avocado, peeled and diced
1/4 tablespoon ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
Blend all ingredients in a blender till smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Makes about 1 cup.
