Apple Cartwheels
- 4 medium red delicious apples
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons raisins

Directions:
- Core each apple 1-inch in diameter.
- In a bowl, combine peanut butter and honey; fold in the chocolate chips and raisins.
- Fill the center of apples with peanut butter mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Cut into 1/2-inch rings.
Makes about 2 dozen cartwheels.
