Baked Ham with Hoi Sin Glaze

Ingredients:

Baked Ham with Hoi Sin Glaze

  • 12 to 15 lb whole smoked ham
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon five spice powder
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons hoi sin sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions:

  1. Bake ham according to package directions.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients.
  3. About 1 hour before ham is done, remove rind, score fat and baste with sauce every 15 minutes.
  4. Serve remaining sauce with ham.

Makes 9 to 12 servings.
