Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients:

Sweet Potato Pie

  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 cups peeled and mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground all spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs and mix well.
  4. Add sweet potatoes, milk, vanilla spices and salt.
  5. Pour into pie crust and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.

Serves 6.
