- 2 tablespoons salad oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons dau see (Chinese salted black soy beans), rinsed and chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (Chinese oyster-flavored sauce)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- Chinese parsley (cilantro)
