Basic Energy Bite
- 1 cup peanut butter (may substitute with other nut butters like almond or cashew)
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
