- 1 cup agave (available at health food stores and most local supermarkets)
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 inch piece ginger root, peeled
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
