Ingredients:

Ahi And Salmon Poki (Raw fish appetizer)

  • 1 lb ahi (yellowfin tuna) fillet, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/2 lb king or sockeye salmon, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/2 lb cherry or plum tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 Maui onion, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
  • Hawaiian salt to taste
  • 1 cup limu (seaweed), cut in 1-inch lengths
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients; toss gently.
  2. Chill.

Makes 6 servings.
