Nalo Farms Spicy Shrimp

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 pound shrimp
  • 6 pieces Thai pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chopped green onion
  • 1 Meyer lemon


Heat oil in large saute pan. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add ginger and cook for 30 seconds, then add cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper and saute for 30 seconds. Add shrimp, Thai pepper and green onion. Saute until shrimp is cooked. Squeeze lemon on shrimp right before it's fully cooked. Serve on a bed of Nalo greens or rice. Makes 4 servings.
