Chili Pepper Water

2 cups water
1 teaspoon Hawaiian or coarse sea salt
4 to 8 small red chili peppers, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
In a small saucepot, boil water with Hawaiian salt until the salt is dissolved. Remove from heat, add chili peppers and garlic. Steep until mixture cools. Pour into a glass container. Store in the refrigerator. Makes 2 cups.
