Cinnamon Bananas in Ghee

Ingredients:

Cinnamon Bananas in Ghee

  • 2 teaspoons ghee
  • 4 bananas, halved long ways
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried ginger

Directions:

  1. In a medium pan, heat ghee over medium high.
  2. Add the bananas, turning gently.
  3. Cook until crispy on the edges and heated through.
  4. Drain bananas on a paper towel.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and ginger and serve warm.

Makes 8 servings.
