Ingredients:
Chinese Chicken Salad
Try this delicious recipe from the Electric Kitchen!
1 1/2 pound chicken, cooked and shredded
1 medium head lettuce, shredded
2 1/2 cups slivered celery
2 bunches Chinese parsley, chopped
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped peanuts or sliced almonds
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seed
2 (3-ounce) packages wun tun strips
Mandarin oranges (optional)
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine chicken, lettuce, celery, and parsley.
In a small bowl, combine sugar, vinegar, oils, salt, and pepper.
Just before serving, pour dressing over salad; toss gently.
Top with peanuts, sesame seeds, and wun tun strips.
Serves 8.

Yummy! Thank you, this salad is delicious, such a perfect complete meal and the dressing is what I’ve been looking for a long time. Kept going back for seconds! I added sliced red cabbage, grated carrots and sliced green onions. For vegan, no need to add chicken, this salad is still great without it and your guests will love it.
