Ingredients:
Tart Lemon Bars
Try this delicious recipe from the Electric Kitchen!
Crust:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
Filling:
6 eggs
1 3/4 cups sugar
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup lemon juice
3 drops yellow food coloring
1/4 cup powdered sugar for decoration
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°F.
Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Crust:
In a medium bowl combine flour, powdered sugar, and butter.
Pat dough into prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes or until slightly golden brown.
Set crust aside and leave oven on.
Filling:
In a medium bowl whisk together eggs, white sugar, flour, lemon juice and food coloring until frothy.
Pour lemon mixture over hot crust.
With Oven:
Return to heated oven for an additional 20 minutes, or until light golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack.
Dust with powdered sugar.
Cut into squares.
Serves 16.

Whoa, tart is right! Think it would taste better with a bit more sugar. But very easy recipe.
