Doubled recipe but cut sugar to 1-1/2 cups, excluded daikon and cooked 40 minutes in Instant Pot.

Super easy and yummy! Great balance of flavor...not too sweet, not too sour, just right. Love this recipe because you can set it and forget it. Used frozen spare ribs with our Instant Pot (pressure cooked on high for 40 minutes), and it was super quick and delicious. Will definitely make this again.
