Won Bok Slaw

Won Bok Slaw

  • 1/2 medium head won bok (celery cabbage), shredded
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 8 oz. teriyaki seasoned baked tofu
  • 1/2 cup soy or vegetarian mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil


  1. In a large bowl, combine won bok, bell pepper, and carrots.
  2. Drain tofu, reserving any liquid for use in dressing.
  3. Cube tofu and add to won bok mixture.
  4. Whisk together mayonnaise, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and reserved liquid from tofu.
  5. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently.

Makes 4 servings.
