Whipped Cream

Ingredients:

Whipped Cream

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into an ice cold stainless steel bowl.
  2. Using a wire whip, whisk vigorously until whipping cream becomes fluffy yet firm.

Makes about 3 cups.

190 calories, 20 g fat, 12 g saturated fat, 70 mg cholesterol, 20 mg sodium, 4 g carbohydrate, 0 g fiber, 2 g sugar, 1 g protein
