Ingredients:

Watercress And Bean Sprout Salad

  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 bunch watercress, cut into 1-inch lengths
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, water, and oil. Add the remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat vegetables. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
