Virgin Ginger Mimosas

  • Ice
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 8 ounces plain sparkling water
  • 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced
  • 1 tangerine, peeled and divided into wedges
  • 1 six-inch sprig of fresh rosemary


  1. Add ice into a high ball glass and then add orange juice.
  2. Top off with sparkling water.
  3. Garnish with fresh ginger slice and two tangerine wedges.
  4. Use rosemary sprig as stir stick.

Makes 1 serving.
